The hotel is situated in the small resort of Resnik in Kaštel Štafilić, approximately 50 m from the inviting beach and the azure blue sea. There is also a green area between the building and the sea as well as a small path for hiking, running and cycling. The nearest public transport stop is 50 m away. Countless shopping venues, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. Two UNESCO-protected sights are to be found in close proximity to the hotel; Deocletian's Palace in Split (18 km away) and the Old Town of Trogir (5 km). Kaštel Štafilić is one of seven small towns, which in administrative terms makes up the city of Kaštela. Split Airport is 2 km away.
Guests have a choice of 6 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.
