This historical hotel is located in the centre of Opatija, along the central Opatija Beach. It is one of the oldest and most beautiful hotels of the Opatija Riviera. The hotel is ideal for devotees of historical traditions, nostalgia and romantic interiors and architecture.

The hotel was built in 1890. 4 apartments, 51 single rooms and 155 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services and facilities include room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Unfortunately, my overall experience with this hotel was rather negative.One of the biggest issues is the parking. The hotel advertises on-site parking, but in reality the car is taken to a separate public parking area located quite far from the hotel. We had a wonderful 7-night stay at the Bellevue Palace Hotel at the end of June. We arrived 3 hours before the usual check-in time and received a very warm welcome from the front desk staff who - after checking with housekeeping that our room was ready - gave us our room card straight away. Incompetence of reception and the management

Overpriced and stinks of smoke. Not as grand as it thinks it is.

Was a grand hotel in its day but well past its prime and way overpriced. Room reeked of cigarette smoke - the curtains and bedspread were infused with it. Disgusting.
