Super nice area around the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with a great view. Breakfast and dinner has everything you need. Amazing spa facilities and gym. We went with the Just You Group. Room was absolutely fine apart from very stained carpets . I had a view over the road but I didn't mind this as it had the evening sun. Bathroom was good, shower worked well. We did have a fire alarm go off twice one night which was scary at 3 am but never heard why. The reception staff and the restaurant team were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, which greatly contributed to our pleasant stay.Unfortunately, several issues negatively affected our overall experience. Very tired hotel in need of serious upgrade. Food 3/10 – breakfast was pretty basis and dinner was even worse, that being said most of the non-brits seemed to find the food okay.Drinks – 2/10 – lack of choice and overpriced.Cleanliness – 3/10 - whilst my room was made up every day it was not cleaned every day.
