They did not have a free parking space as promised when booking. The elevator broke down twice, we stayed on the 6th floor. The staff did not offer to carry the suitcases. NO AIR CONDITIONING 😱😱😱
Like many of the other reviews, we had the same experience. The hotel room had no discernible air conditioning. The hotel staff couldn’t do anything about it. It is an old hotel. We opened the window at night to let in cooler air (thankfully we visited in late September so it was cooler) but the noise from outside was very loud and kept us up until about midnight. The location of this hotel is excellent with beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea from front-facing rooms, patio and ground level. With many choices, breakfast is wonderful and plentiful. Staff is courteous and kind. Rooms - at least the one I experienced- are spartan and small, a bit outdated, but serviceable. Absolutely great hotel with excellent position and great staff - always helpful and professional and ready to assist.
