Little problem with rodents

The terraces of the apartment were covered in rat droppings in the morning. If you leave the window open, rats will enter at night and steal food, candy, and fruit—very unpleasant for over 100€ per night for a 2-4-person apartment. We stayed with our 7-month-old, hoping to enjoy a relaxing evening on the terrace after she fell asleep around 8/9 PM, but rats were running across the roof and terraces as if it were their home. no air conditioning at 30 degrees Celsius ruins my vacation.

During our five-day stay, the air conditioning was non-functional for three days. The reception provided false information about the repair status. In exchange, they only offered us a room that did not meet our needs. Additionally, there was no contact information provided for filing a formal complaint. The resort has a great location with nice coastline. Apartments are a bit outdated but clean and spacious. Facilities are OK. We loved the balcony with the beautiful seaview. Staff were nice and helpful. It came from the 1980s!

The front desk staff was very nice, professional and helpful. That was about as good as it gets. When I booked the “resort,” I didn’t know I’d be staying in one of their very, very dated apartments on the grounds. The cement stairs down to our building were old, not lit and a bit treacherous when we arrived at night. Our bed felt a bit like lying on a box spring without a mattress. There was no housekeeping service in the three days we were there. And don’t expect towels at the pool. Bring your own with you. If you do choose to book here, request one of the building right near the pool. Those looked like they may have been updated at some point in time. We simply love staying here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Nice location, not any luxury but it’s nice and clean! We have been here 3 times, and we enjoy it every time :-) the pool is saltwater and the sea is all the way around. The rooms have air conditioning.
