The villas are located in the environmental oasis that is the apartment village Sol Stella Maris, 2 km from the Umag town centre. Guests will find a selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs within short walking distance, as well as the beach and plenty of shopping venues.

To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the complex provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a cash machine and a 24-hour security service. The worst Experience ever!!

Absolutely Terrible!When we first arrived we got “greeted” very unfriendly and got told to park in the parking lot after that we were told that we had to wait till 15:00 (it was 13:20 at the time) till the “Villa” was ready. The first Minute we entered the House we noticed a really bad stench comming from one of the bathrooms after we closed the door the stench kept seeping throughout the vents. We had a wonderful stay at the Istrian Villas. We were here for 3 nights. Our villa was a great size, clean with a well equipped kitchen. The villa was modern and very comfortable. The grounds of the resort are beautiful. The waterfront near the villas is beautiful and relaxing. The staff have been very kind and accommodating during our stay. Don't come in May as facilities are closed until June. Minimum choice for breakfast as cater for eastern Europe tastes. I mean who has polenta and yesterdays veg for breakfast??? So for UK tourists only choice today and yogurt's Bakery 7am - 11am, supermarket 8-2.30 overpriced and minimal choice ok if you want beers and chocolate, they sell salad and fruit but been there a while, sell bread, jams,… Don't come in May as facilities are closed until June.
