Beautiful resort, nice hotel but room for minor improvements.
Hotel and resort were very clean and the gardens and surrounding areas were very well maintained. In respect of Hotel Parentium:Positives:- Lovely lobby and bar area- Very clean- Majority of employees were friendly and helpful especially Vladimir S, Nermin I and Mario F - barmen; Housekeeper (very good), Roy and Robert in the restaurant. Ok but far from amazing.
Location is quite nice, close to the sea, great pools, lots of greenery etc but I feel this place has a lot to learn to compete with international standard, especially when it comes to service.Many of the people working here are utterly unprofessional and lots of young people without real experience in service sector. First day they refused to give us towels by the pool !!?? Lovely hotel and setting
A lovely hotel in a lovely setting. We were on the 4th floor, the room was clean and really comfortable beds with a balcony. There wasn't much of a view as such as we overlooked the gardens and the trees covered a lot of the view but saying that, we didn't spend that much time in the room. Decent hotel in Porec
We stayed at this hotel during the world championship taekwondo in Porec. The entrance is spacious as are the rooms. The elevators were a bit small for a hotel of this size. Unfortunately the restaurants closed early which left us with no food when returning from the tournament. It is possible to take out a lunch instead. The rooms are fine and clean. Disappointing – far from what you’d expect from a hotel of this category
We stayed at Hotel Parentium in Porec (Zelena Laguna) and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. The food at the restaurant was mediocre, lacking variety and freshness. The biggest disappointment was the room, which was supposed to be a “suite” – in reality, it meant sleeping on an old, uncomfortable sofa bed that creaked and was not suitable for a proper rest.
