Not recommended if you are a vegetarian and a non-smoker. Food on half board not labelled as veggie (meat found in dishes labelled as vegetable). Same utensils being used, meat/fish platters right next to the vegetables. Restaurant manager tried to rectify but very little understanding on what vegetarian means. lovely hotel and really nice setting. very friendly and helpful staff. Food excellent. Well presented and very tasty. rooms cleaned every day by very pleasant and friendly staff. no complaints about anything. great friendly and helpful bar staff. if you needed anything you just asked. if they could help you they would. definitely going back. booked again for next May. We are regular guests here and we really like this place! All is good from the moment you enter here till the departure time. Atmosphere is a like little bit nostalgic (at least for us ‘the seniors’ ????), staff is polite and friendly, food is good and drinks (including the wine and beer) available for every meal even breakfast! The view (park, pool or sea view) is amazing especially the sunset ??… We are regular guests here and we really like this place! All is good from the moment you enter here till the departure time. First time to Croatia and we were not disappointed.Great location, superb hotel, very green surrounded by trees and the lovely bays. A dinky train takes you through the woods to Porec, a lovely 10 minute ride, the timetables are at reception, but such a lovely walk too.
