  Catastrophic sleepless night with mold, loud music, no heating, dirty sheets and bugs

  Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.We got there on the 30th of April. We checked in and went to our assigned apartment. Upon arrival we already felt lied to - it was not how it looked in the pictures. False advertising. I’m sure we got assigned those bad houses because we were young and we don’t matter.The apartment complex was in terrible condition. It looked like it hasn’t been renovated since the cold war. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall off, the door looked like it would break immediately if someone tried to break in. I didn’t feel safe to let my more expensive belongings there. Next to the door was also a window which sheds couldn’t close - I felt like anyone could come and just look at me. The apartment did smell nice, but I just felt like it was to cover something up. There were million bugs and spiders in the apartment. It was really not comfortable. The sheets were dirty and had holes in them. The bathroom had mold in it. And if that’s not bad, the apartment had no heating whatsoever. At night it was 6/7°C outside and I bet we had the same temperature in. We were shaking the entire night, we were dressed in 2 hoodies, 2 pants and 2 pairs of socks each. We had both of those dirty blankets on and we almost froze. It got so bad we had to go heat up ourselves in our car at 5 am. Another big problem was also the loud music and screaming. People were drinking, yelling and blasting really loud music the whole night until around 4 am. We probably slept for 2h because of all the factors. The reception was supposed to be available 24/7, but when we called at night to complain about the loud noises, no one picked up. We then decided to go to the reception and the man behind the desk told us to wait for 3h for the manager to get there. Those 3h were a real torture, but we still wanted to get to the bottom of this. Then when we got there 3h later, the manager was not even there. They even told us that we have to resolve this matter with an agency we reserved the stay with. They could have told us this 3h earlier! They were really unprofessional and have absolutely no idea how to treat a customer. They never replied to any of our complaints, except that the loud music was normal because it’s 1st of May - most places like this do not allow noice after 10 pm and due to reading other reviews I can see this not just an issue around the 1st of May. Not being able to sleep due to people violently screaming and blasting music is not normal for this kind of accommodation/grounds.There are renovated houses on the grounds as well (they looked renovated on the outside), but not knowing which one you will get and all the music and loud noises are just not it.

  3 Sleepless Nights

  we payed 1100€ for 6 nights in these apartments. When we first arrived, our first innitial thoughts on the apartments were good, we were on the 2nd floor, it wasnt modern, but not bad for the price, then during our first night there, our neighbours underneath us started being very loud during the late night hours around 1 or 2AM in the morning, they were laughing out loudly, drinking, their kids were screaming, we were irritated but we didnt do anything yet because we thought that they wouldnt do the same thing the next night, but guess what? the next night they were even louder, so we texted the hotel reception and the next day they have told us that they spoke with our neighbours and that they apologized and said they wont to it again. Then the 3rd night comes and they are being very loud again. So we went to the hotel reception in the middle of the night to speak to the receptionist, he told us that they will send security to their apartment to speak with them, but yet when we came back to our apartment no security came and they continued to be loud for the rest of the night, our other neighbours were angry with them too, but the hotel staff did bare minimum to stop them.

  The worst vacation ever!!!

  Bin to the Polynesia Appartments for the fourth time, and I can say NEVER AGAIN!!! We had for the neighbours a group of people (adults, about maybe 10 of them) that were drinking, yelling, destroying the apartment, than trying to break into our apartment. And they had kids (from 8 to maybe 12 years old) with them watching all if that. We (and several other guests) reported the incidents to the onsite security, that did nothing. Than we reported it at the reception and the response was to ask before booking the holiday, if there is a larger group staying at that time 😵‍💫. Which just means that this is happening every year, they know it, but prefer to do nothing. Can you imagine them breaking into the apartment and our small child witnessed that?!?! We used to come because of tranquility and good location, but this is just too much of a safety hazard to ever go back.

  Worst place I've ever been at... If you value yourself and your money don't go there. 1. appartments look like they were renovated during the Cold war2. when you enter it takes at least half an hour to take the cobweb off of the walls and the furniture3. walls are moldy4. furniture is in terrible condition5. there is no air-condition6. sheets are dirty7. food is below mediocre (every meal there is only a few different choices that they repeat every day)8. if somebody plays loud music next to you the entire night, the staff won't do anything to stop them9. all over the apartment (walls amd ceiling) there are squished bugs that nobody cleans10. if you take the shower, the shower turns into a pool11. I tried to reserve other accomodation, they never answered the mailFor the love of God, never go there!   Disgusting place - Absolutely filthy everywhere you go. Went for a 12 day stay - they changed our bedding only twice within that time. On arrival, the receptionist was not very helpful at all, shoved a key at us and gave us a map and that was it. The towels in the apartment were filthy, there was an infestation of ants in the room. The accommodation claims to have satellite tv - what a joke that is! The listing also stated it had air con - it did not. Went back to reception and got shoved another key to an alternative apartment. This one had mould in the corner of every room and window. The bed sheets were filthy as again were the towels. They did give us new towels but they weren’t much cleaner so ended up buying our own. Pathetic kitchen facilities - advertised as self catering. You’ll be lucky to cook any more than a bit of pasta! Appalling. The ancient tv that didn’t work and the missing air condition still the same as the initial apartment we were given. The bedding that was provided didn’t fit the furniture it was meant for. Also, The taps frequently had no running water! Communal areas were filthy too. Don’t even attempt to use the loos. Absolutely repulsive. The pool has a rim of gunk all the way round it and doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. Reception were absolutely useless at trying to resolve anything and referred me back to the loveholidays to resolve - who gave diabolical customer service too but that’s for another review! Very run down, poorly managed, and a complete disappointment.
