On the seafront, 10 km from the town centre of Umag, the campsite is immersed in Mediterranean vegetation and surrounded by a pebble beach. Pula Airport is situated at a distance of 85 km.

Facility

The apartment complex has a lift and features 233 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a currency exchange service, a cash machine, medical assistance and room service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. The resort is cost effective and family friendly, the kids disco is hosted by a guy called Yanuel, he’s friendly and makes the whole thing fun for the kids, highly recommend!

The location is picturesque, with stunning views of the bay and Slovenia. The water is calm (no large waves), making it ideal for children to swim. The apartments are essentially bungalows. The décor and furnishings are rather simple and basic (they've seen their best days). The lack of air conditioning can be noticeable on hotter days and nights. Parking is easy – there are parking spaces in front of the cottages. The Lama Taverna is located on the premises, offering delicious and relatively affordable meals (from seafood and fish to pizza and burgers). It's a good base for exploring Istria and coastal Slovenia (e.g., Piran).

The location was superb, although the apartments need a little refreshing, lots of cracked paint. If you have a higher apartment the privacy was better but be prepared for lots of walking to the beach and amenities. THE WORST pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Frozen pizza from Lidl tastes better. Horrible. Never again. It literally gave a stomach ache to my sister. I advice you to avoid this restaurant, buy something in a supermarket, it‘s a better idea. Rather shoddy apartments but in a nice location

Firstly, the location is really nice, very close to the Slovenian border, and the swimming in particular is excellent; a pine forest surrounds the lagoon creating shade, and there's lots of space to base yourself. The water is very clear. In the distance you can see the Slovenian coast with the resort of Portorož across. There's a decent taverna, the fish was nice; plus another place where you can have a drink or a simple meal. There's also a small cafe on the beach. Be aware that the beach is made of quite thick and sharp stones so it's essential to have beach shoes, entering the water could pose a problem if you have poor mobility. Parking is generally available close to the apartments. Now the negatives. The staff aren't very friendly, at least in my experience. The apartment we got was rather shoddy and for 130+ euros a night we expected better. Microwave: broken. Fridge not very good. Toilet sear broke. The next day the toilet flush broke. The clothes drier was rusty and broken. The power plugs are a bit awkward (difficulty plugging my adaptor). No aircon, no fans. Limited crockery and limited glasses and cups. No carving knife. No bottle opener. Only two convection heaters to cook. Limited pans. Very basic. To be fair most of these issues were fixed when we asked, but it's not exactly good.
