My wife and I had an amazing stay at El Mangroove. The staff made us feel welcome with their kindness and great hospitality. Electricity goes out all the time which means your a/c resets to HOT. Most of the water activities advertised were not available during our stay because they were broke. Only reason for 2 stars instead on one is a FEW members of the staff that were very good. Stay anywhere else. We had an amazing stay at the El Mangroove, Autograph Collection. Although it is a smaller boutique hotel, it is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained.
