Poor Customer Service
Unfortunately, we had to cancel because my 92-year-old mother-in-law took a turn for the worse. We provided 1 week notice. Ficus will not reimburse. We feel we were treated unfairly. Not impressed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were clean and spacious and all the staff---the luggage guys, the desk, and the restaurant---were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Sidaly at The Fig restaurant (and her male colleague whose name I did not get) for keeping me in coffee and helping with my Spanish, lol.
