It was the shower for me!!
I absolutely love my stay here, although the language barrier was a bit challenging at times every staff member was incredibly warm, welcoming and eager to help. I only wish I had learned a little more Spanish before visiting.I stayed in Suite 529 and it was exceptional. The highlight was the amazing shower with direct access to the private patio, such a unique and luxurious feature.. Worse than terrible service
The hotel installations and rooms are great. We had a suite with a sweeping view of the ocean. The HUGE problem is the lack of staff, especially at the restaurant. This means staff work really hard, but are unable to provide anywhere near decent (let along good) service. The problem is obviously at the level of management. Too bad, don't think I will come back. I went with my teenage daughter for 4 nights. The staff is very kind, they were lovely people. I had a great massage and the spa is not to be missed. Breakfast was excellent. We got upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, our AC was not working on the last night, and no AC in the Caribbean is pretty uncomfortable.
