We can go estelar for our honeymoon and are so happy we did! The staff is super nice, willing to accommodate any request (taking food to room etc) and very willing to help without expectation. Nurys and Victor were especially nice. I would recommend the hotel and would love to come back for a whole week to relax here!!!! I love this hotel.. their people, food, view, rooms!!! I will always come back!!!!It is close to the beach, menu has many offers. It always very tidy and not that far from the airport.Enjoy the sunrise in the beach and the breeze in the afternoons in their amazing spots in front of the beach!!!!!!! The facilities appear outdated and poorly maintained, especially the pools which are consistently dirty due to a broken pool vacuum. The restaurant is too small, making it difficult to find a table in the morning. The convention center hosted COTELCO Tourism. It was very well organized. Great participation. The hotel needs updated on the rooms and facilities.
