Amazing food. Great shows. Rooms were clean . Staff was always great and always happy to serve. The beach at this location is great and the sea was perfect. Of all their Decameron this has to be the worst. Food and drinks were terrible and the beach is gross. The food is not as good as it should be and the don't give You clear information about where and when You can find it.Rooma Are OK. Nice spots for pics. Activities Are very good by the recreation staff. Rooms not ready until 4:30pm ,breakfast the lack of any bacon and meat was disturbing, just a little baloney , seating was a nightmare not enough seating it was always dreadful for the 4 days ,group of 12 but 2 in the group weren’t booked thru the hotel so were bothered relentlessly when on the beach after 12 noon, they were harassed by security guards and told to only be in the reception area when the rest of us were on the beach ,last day 6 of our got got food poisoning think it was from the pizza on the beach,common bathrooms were lacking in size and they need to triple the stalls and capacity, having a change room would be nice , staff was ok no complaints there Gestor de Experiencia, Guest Services / Front Office at Decameron Galeon, responded to this review Dear Stephen A, We're sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced during your stay at Hotel Decameron Galeón. Average place. It has very old facilities.They gave me a room in the main tower and it was very small and dirty, however the view of the beach was great. If you want a comfortable room, you should ask for the villas. They look a little bit more modern. Drinks and food menu is pretty much the same everyday. They definitely need some variation.
