This was by far my favorite hotel in Colombia. The staff were not only polite and professional, but also genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. Their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out.The location is ideal—perfect for exploring the surrounding area with ease. The location is really good. No question. Central and I felt safe all the time. Even at night.The rooms are good - at first view. But there were some issues like the room door didnt close well. The shower is not easy to operate in the first minutes...The elevator is slow and you often have to wait five minutes. The service at the reception was excellent at everytime. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this AC Marriott Hotel, especially considering its ranking within the Marriott family (24th out of 31, according to NerdWallet's Guide to Marriott Brands).
