  It was really dirty, my room had cockroaches, don’t reserve this hotel it’s a really waste of money. There are lot of hotels im san andres with a better price and nicer!!! On vacation doesn’t worthwhile, it’s expensive and not a good quality.   Way overpriced, not good value

  Basic basic basic! Smushy beds, clogged shower drain, the wifi didn't work in our room and there was no hot water. The breakfast was average at best. The staff was friendly and it was well located but those are the only positives. Would not stay here again.   First night there they put us in a room that had dirty sheets that smelled like nasty sweat. Found bugs in sheets. No towels nor soap. A/C could not be turned off and leaking water from it. The room smelled nasty. Next morning we changed rooms. Which was a little nicer. But they do not change towels nor provide shampoo or hot water.   This hotel has a great location close to the beach. It is not a 5 star hotel because obviously if you are considering it, is because of its affordable price. I think the place is decently clean ( at least the essentials), and the buffet mealsAre delicious with a wide variety.
