Not sure where to start but was evaluating this resort to an airbnb. Airbnb is a clear winner. Arrived at noon, sttod inline for 30 minutes. Told to come back at 3:00. Asked if I could eat or drink or swim. NO can do nothing until 3:00. Came back at 3:00, now moved check in to 5:30 WTF??? Can I eat or drink now? No food only drink!
