Good hotel
As a travel critic, I'm always intrigued by new openings in El Poblado. The Lettera Hotel, which opened its doors relatively recently, is one of those interesting bets that combines residential tranquility with the vibrant nightlife of the area. This art deco boutique hotel is, above all, a zen retreat in the city. Its strong point is the atmosphere: the common areas like the garden and terrace are… As a travel critic, I'm always intrigued by new openings in El Poblado. Room was nice and so was the hotel. The don’t speak English though! I met one hotel staff member who knew a tiny bit of English. The food was mid and the stuff there available to serve is constantly changing. Otherwise good hotel. Cozy Hotel with Great Cleanliness but Some Drawbacks

The garden and lobby are beautiful, and overall safety feels very good. However, there are several drawbacks. There is no sound isolation, so you can hear people in the corridor clearly. The breakfast is very poor, some staff were unfriendly, a… The hotel has many positive aspects. Excellent place to stay
The hotel is located in a quiet and pretty area in El Poblado. Breakfast was excellent and varied. The staff was so friendly and professional they are always available to answer questions and help with the best attitude. I would like to mention some of the staff that makes our stay so pleasant.
