Amazing service, with a clean and well-maintained facility, plus a delicious breakfast that’s hard to find these days. It’s a bit farther from most restaurants, but that’s hardly a deal breaker given the excellent service.

Comfortable place to stay

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet, in a good neighborhood. The room was comfortable, the bed great.the breakfast was good, not a lot of variety, but well done. The rooftop pool is more like a jacuzzi nice and warm to relax and enjoy the view.

It could be an excellent hotel with a minimum of investment, good taste and a good chef.The hotel is very well located, it is a nice size to go for a few days, the staff is very attentive and cordial, but it has details such as poor quality and number of towels in the bathrooms, poor quality of toilet paper and toiletries and the hotel food is far from being good. How to explain that in Medellin, the kingdom of "arepas, there were no arepas for breakfast for 3 days? It is unthinkable! Fortunately the coffee was very good. That we enjoyed!Too bad because it could be a very nice middle size hotel!

We enjoyed this hotel located in an upmarket area that is quiet and full of trees and residential buildings, therefore no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, although you can find option if you are happy to walk 10-15mins or call a taxi.Modern hotel, spacious rooms which was very clean, crisp white bedding on comfortable beds in a quiet room.Breakfast was above average but the restaurant was open to the elements , although the rain could not get in the restaurant the breeze could and this meant it was rather cold.Dinner at the hotel was good, although the menu did not offer a wide range of main courses.

A clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient Poblado location. Back patio and garden are along a nice wooded creek making for a bit of an urban oasis with interesting birding until you can get further afield. Staff was friendly and attentive. English was limited but sufficient for basic logistics, etc.
