This place was horrible rats ate a hole in my luggage. I worked at a prison the inmates had it better than this rat hole. Prison food was better than this place. I am not one to leave reviews unless the service is outstanding or just straight up horrible. Although I had seen a few bad reviews, didnt think it would be that bad given the 3.8 rating. Oh boy was I wrong. Unfortunately, what would've been a magical place was ruined by the bad service at the hotel and its personnel.
