It’s a beautiful hotel situated in the city Center.Taxis, shopping mall is close by.Friendly staff and good breakfast.Housekeeping is also good.One can order from room service which is quite efficient.Working knowledge of Spanish is a must but there are at least one staff who speaks English available at the hotel. I recently booked an extended stay at the Holiday Hotel in Cucuta S.A. Hotel is in an excellent location to Ventura shopping mall and food court and within walking distance to numerous cafes and restaurants. Room was large and expansive, located on the 10th floor. Bathroom was modern, clean well presented.Can’t truly say I ever had what I could call a hot shower, tepid at best.Hotel pool clean, quiet and well situated.Breakfast was adequate, I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and as far as buffet breakfasts go this one needs some refinement.
