    Zi One Cartagena is a truly special place for couples. We were amazed by the spectacular room decoration they prepared for us—it made our stay feel so romantic.     I stayed at Zi One Luxury in September and had a great experience. Everything was excellent—from the comfort of the rooms to the quality of the service. The hotel is well maintained, with beautiful spaces and a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff was attentive and professional, making the stay smooth and enjoyable.     Just got back for the lovely Cartagena. We had such an amazing time and our hotel and staff was amazing untill we came to check out on our last day. After being moved room 4 times and the staff being so friendly we thought how great it had been. On the last day , the arrogant man at the reception desk accuseed us of taking 2 towels. After explaning that the cleaner had exchanged them for pool towels and checking our cases he still was very ignorant and reluctant to accept the staffs explanation to what had happened. He really needs training in how to respond to customers. Such a shame , becuase overall like i said it was such a nice time until this happened. Be careful guys if your going to stay here and be vigilant when checking out !

    DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. There is no hot water, the man working the front desk is incredibly rude; will not even speak to you or acknowledge you when you’re standing directly in front of him. The breakfast is disgusting. How are linens etc being properly cleaned if this property has no hot water? They aren’t. There are much better hotels where the staff care about you in Cartagena.
