I find the hotel super cute and comfortable, however I think that in the restaurant at dinner time, there should be more staff, since two girls sometimes do not have enough with so many people and ends up neglecting the guest, to the point of standing up to the counter. The hotel is comfortable and close to the industrial area of Cartagena, very practical for visits to companies because it reduces travel times generated by the high traffic of the tourist area of Cartagena. The staff is friendly and honest. I left a dollar tip for the cleaning lady and she left it by the bed stand thinking I had forgotten it. My room is clean, the bed is firm and has good sheets on it, the AC works perfectly. The free breakfast isn't fancy but good enough. It looks like they have fresh squeezed OJ which I like.
