Paradise for kids, but otherwise uneven

High expectations, disappointing experience

We arrived with high expectations from the United States, especially since the hotel was recommended for families with kids. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed.The hotel looks nice, but it is poorly maintained. The rooms had a strong musty smell, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the bathrooms had humidity issues and were not clean.
