The whole experience at the Intercontinental Cartagena is delightful, since the arrival at the lobby, the reception, the facilities, rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. I had an amazing stay the Intercontinental Cartagena. The staff was absolutely amazing. They all were so professional,kind & went above and beyond.
