When I was in Cartagena many years ago, this area of the Boca Grande was not visited as Tourists all went to the old town. This hotel is in a prime position on a beautiful stretch of Beach, and the luxury inside is second to none. The views are spectacular, and the pools seem to be hanging off the edges, so you can feel the ocean just outside.
