Great Stay soured by Poor Billing & Zero Response from Management
Beautiful property and on-site staff were all excellent. Unfortunately, my experience has been soured by a billing error made at checkout that has gone unresolved. Despite multiple follow-up emails, management has not responded. It's frustrating that what was otherwise a great trip is ending on this note. We stayed in a bungalow by the water for 5 nights. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The cleaning staff sometimes removed towels and bathroom items and did not replace them. We called and requested replacements several times, getting occasional replacements. Beautiful accommodation but lacks atmosphere
We were unlucky as booked 5 nights here after after 2 weeks of travelling and sightseeing, but we hit a storm so only had 2 nice days. There were no facilities for bad weather. Lunch restaurant on beach had little shelter. Restaurant food was great but no atmosphere. Top bar shut about 9.30, we were the only 2 couples there and felt they wanted to get rid of us.
