  This hotel is all inclusive, great location, near restaurants, mall, beach is public, good transportation, the staff is very friendly and ready to help you, located 10 minutes drive to walled city.   This hotel may be on the water front but is completely out dated. The rooms were a disaster. No hot water at all, when I asked the front desk they said “the weather is hot here and we don’t need it.” When I asked why they didn’t disclose this information. They had no answer. The shower was leaking from all areas, the tub was old and cracked, and the toilet would take 3 tries to completely flush.
