  It is an excellent hotel; the rooms are comfortable, they care about customer service, the food is tasty. Excellent attention to the guests; it is a space designed for rest and connection with nature, and recreational activities are organized for the clients.   Maybe I could recommend this if it were $30 -- maybe -- but it is a lot more. Beach is not great, but OK. Hotel looks like a concrete jungle -- room has one small window and no view. Looks like it was an old boarding school dorm or something. Food was OK but greasy and bland (e.g., white bread, not even toasted).   We went there in January 2016. When we arrived, they had changed the price from what it was on the original booking. We had to comply because of the high season and lack of availability in other hotels in Cartagena.
