I did not have a good experience.I had persistent problem with the keys. I had to come up and down multiple times for that. The elevator does not reach the lobby or my floor, so you need to use the stairs as well for that. personnel were not quite helpful about that. I asked for the receipt in the end. I would absolutely avoid this hotel. While the staff were very attentive and tried their best to help, the facilities are in a very poor state of repair and lack even the most basic amenities.The rooms do not have a kitchenette and are missing basic items such as a kettle, microwave, iron, hair dryer, and even drinking water glass.
