There was electrical problem. Even cellphone's charger burned. I reported it but they do not care. Also, they do not have the tools to verify the voltage.There was electrical problem. If I could go back, I would not have stayed at this hotel. Our check in experience was absolutely horrible, they were doing full blown construction in the lobby/entire downstairs when we arrived so they checked us in in the cafe area. They took pictures of our passports and wanted me to “write” my information down with pen/paper. I booked through AMEX, they should have all that already. Hotel in ideal location. Some minor issues and if slightly improved would be a great hotel. Double room but an enclosed room with no window, only an open shutter to the corridor. Room 201. I never write comments because I think we all deserve a second chance but this time we really felt ripped-off.This place could be nice but it's completely overpriced. Beautiful hotel, in a great location. Restaurants and shops are walkable. There’s a pharmacy around the corner which is convenient. The rooms were spacious. The staff was amazing and so helpful.
