  What a wonderful stay! A very special thank you to William who accommodated us so quickly when we contacted him at 7am to see if accommodation was available. Beautiful, super clean rooms, soundproofing on windows and doors, great breakfast, 24 hour security and very welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Will be back!   Absolutely wonderful property!

  Stayed here this weekend for our 33 wedding anniversary. Could not have found a better place to stay! Location was perfectly situated in the old city, minute walks from everything: walls, clock, Getsemaní, etc. Right in front of park where there was live music, multiple restaurants with outside seating and just a great lively atmosphere. The hotel itself is a boutique hotel with maybe 15 rooms, but very small. Honestly, perfectly small. We went to check out the Sofitel since we usually stay in large chain properties and actually felt bad what the people there were missing out on! From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable and personal. The rooms are small but clean and everything you need, including real soap and not just liquid stuff! Every morning we had breakfast on the first floor and that was the BEST way to start the day. They provided fruit and breads and then took your order. My wife asked for something not on the menu - scrambled eggs with ham, onions and tomatoes - and they made it with pleasure. Our waitress DINA was an absolute sweetheart. Everyday she remembered what we had the day before and what we liked, always greeted us with a smile and said “yes of course” to everything we asked for. The girls in the kitchen were wonderful and great at making everything too. Have to also mention that William, Vladimir, and Dennis were all fantastic at every turn, helping us make reservations, find taxis, etc. As I sit at the airport waiting my flight home to my paradise (Miami), I’m already missing the city, hotel, and staff, Thank you Cartagena!   Lovely colonial hotel in the historic center

  The hotel was in a perfect location; close enough to go anywhere but not too loud from late-night party goers. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was big with plenty of hot water. We chose the superior room with balcony, and it was great. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and so many choices! All the staff, especially Dina were lovely and super helpful with anything we needed. The pool was small but not crowded so perfect to cool off in the middle of the hot days. Only negative would be that the breakfast room in the courtyard was loud right at 7 am so no sleeping in! All in all Cartagena and Hotel La Fe were the perfect end to our Colombian holiday.   GO stay here you won't regret it.

  Returned from an amazing . The hotel is boutique style with the most amazing breakfast included. Rooms are comfortable with adequate space. They have fridge and the strongest shower head.It was a quiet relaxing environment and the plunge pool in the roof was nice with seating rate as to enjoy a drink from the bar.The staff were so friendly unhelpful, William, Lily, Vladimir, and all the others we thank them.The location felt safe and is a quick 15 minute taxi from the airport and It is central to all the different activities, restaurants and sites to be seen within the walled city of Cartagena.
