I had an excellent experience at Hotel Casa La Factoria during my time in Cartagena. I found the hotel clean, rooms in good order, and the shower hot with good water pressure. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Daniela at the front desk was especially helpful in offering local advice and assisting in booking local excursions. The hotel was very nice and boutique and everything was beautiful. The room was a little small, but had everything needed and the WiFi was good and easy to connect. We had a few issues - towels were hard to find. The rooftop jacuzzi almost never had towels available when we visited, and room service forgot to give us new towels once after cleaning. The hotel is a beauty appointed house, built in a 16 century. The staff could not be more attentive, particularly and the restaurant personal. They have a steam room, a massage room, and a pool with a Jacuzzi hot tub in a grotto the food in the restaurant is excellent quality And very reasonably priced.
