We arrive from Canada 🇨🇦. AIR CANADA all inclusive 2 of us first time in Cartagena. The hotel was simple but this is the difference everything was so nice the staff so friendly. These people in Colombia was very nice. Fabian the waiter in buffe was realy nice all them very friendly very bizy hotel in boca Grande. LIES, LIES, LIES. We bought a package from Air Canada Vacations which stipluated an ocean view premium room and a beach area cordoned for Hotel Plaza guests.We did not get get an ocean view but a side view of the building next door.
