Had an incredible experience at the Capellan Hotel in Cartagena!! On a Daddy-Daughter trip while my daughter was in town. We had a bal and the team at the hotel was incredible. The Clero restaurant team made us feel at home and the front desk team helped us carve out a great experience. Thanks to William, Lis, Jennifer, Natalie, Yersel and Rey!!!!! The Hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. The location is also very good if you want to be in Getsamani, and easy walk to Centro.The food service needs to be greatly improved. There is great ceremony over breakfast but the food is bland and tasteless. Even the coffee wasn't great.Same with the bar service by the pool.
