  GOOD stuff: Food overall is tasty, varied and fresh, some excellent desserts. Hardworking and pleasant staff; worth mentioning all the efforts made by staff members such as Valentina, Gemina, Katerina, and Rikelmen. Staff maintains rooms cleaned, and NO bugs inside the rooms.   It was okay overall. The hotel is very nice, and the staff were always great and accommodating. However, it needs some work. During my stay, only one elevator was working, and one of the pool rails felt shaky and unsafe. A big improvement would be labeling the food during meal times, as some guests have allergies and it’s hard to tell what sauce or meat is in a dish—only the juices were labeled.   I would rate this hotel as a 3-star property.The hotel requires physical maintenance and upgrades. There are several broken or worn areas, and the garbage bins in the rooms are rusted. The shower area design lacks privacy, which can be uncomfortable when sharing a room.
