The hotel was in a disgraceful state, dirty and neglected, with stinking air conditioning. To top it all off, the hotel ripped us off for 1,907,260 COP. After spending one night, we decided to change hotels. The receptionist told us there was no problem, and the remaining balance would be refunded within 14 days. I booked this hotel as a stopover that is close to Cartegena airport. It was disappointing even as a crash pad and probably also as a "resort" although I didn't have time to experience that side.The hotel is a bit of a block in a modernist architectural style, and sandwiched between two main roads, although slightly set back at least. The staff were friendly but the hotel had no water for days. When asked about refund they said they would but never did wanted me to write my card information on paper i indicate you have everything online. Refused to give me copy of anything or even anything writing. There were water bugs on the side by the pool, green stuff from pipe.
