The Delirio Hotel delivered above our expectations. Firstly, the staff created the first impression of friendliness, and were ready to help with any questions we had. The location of the hotel is amazing if visiting Cartagena. Very walkable to all local tourist spots we wanted to visit! Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, I don’t know Spanish very well and thankfully a couple of the staff knew some English well to translate.The room is a bit on the small side, but that’s because we chose the one with the terrace view.
