My stay at Bastion Hotel was incredible. The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The best part of the experience is the staff; they are professional, incredibly friendly, and provide a great atmosphere. Everything was spotless.A special mention goes to El Gobernador restaurant. We have been travelling since 3am yesterday, that is nearly 24 hours. We tried to check in 20 minutes early but have been told that our room will not be released until the official check in time of 15.00. Atrocious treatment! My husband and I travel often this was our first time in Cartagena. This has been the most gorgeous hotel and suite we have ever stayed in.
