The hotel gave us a room nearby the air conditioning engine and with a window broken that is always open. We asked for a new room and they told us that it was impossible. Excellent value for money, the hotel is so clean and tidy. The rooms are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the location is very central and perfect. I am writing this review from my room 510 right now. My husband and I loved this hotel! Rooms are big and really clean, they have a living room, mini bar, air conditioning and a closet, the shower is great and has hot water, they provide shampoo and conditioner. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the breakfasts though is basic is very tasty. The location is good as it also has a mio station closeby. 100% recommendedMy husband and I loved this hotel!
