  The Value and Location are Hotel's Strongest Assets

  Nice hotel located in the upscale Granada neighborhood. The room was comfortable and basic. Located within walking distance to many of the cities tourist attractions. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I had no complaints during my stay and would stay for the same price. Value For Money: 4/5 ?Security: 4/5 ?   The hotel needed a renovation and refurbishment 10 years ago. Now I think it's hopeless. They put is in a windowless room, probably the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The lamp next to the bed had no lightbulb, so all we had was an aggressive lamp on the ceiling (as there was no natural light). The whole place is just beyond depressing.   It's a hotel just to go to sleep, it's located in a good place near to a lot of things. The bed is a bit hard, but it's convenient. Breakfast was good, and the attention was perfect, very kind people. I was on a pleasure trip with my husband and things went well.   All crash because of the reception girl

  Some room as ok, some are not at all, specially the ones in front of the street, they are too old and too small. It's a big avenue and too noisy. Grasses should be thicker to reduce the noise, but this is not the big problem. There is some problem with the reception lady, she just doesn't have any will to help you, like if she would be the one doing a favor to you.
