Definitivamente NO es recomendable. Era super difícil encontrar la entrada al parqueadero. GPS no era útil. Cuando finalmente encontré el parqueadero (que es compartido con un centro comercial), era bien difícil encontrar los ascensores para el hotel. Era necesario pedir indicaciones dos veces. Basado en lo que me dijeron diferentes personas, la gerencia del hotel ha sabido que existe este dificultad por mucho tiempo pero no tiene ningún interés en mejorar la situación. Por ejemplo puedan enviar a los huéspedes un mapa, indicaciones, instalar mas letreros en el parqueadero. Además el hotel no contesta el teléfono. Intenté varias veces. Estos son solo algunos de los problemas que yo tenía con esto Hotel! Yo recomiendo en que usted no reserva en este hotel. Definitely NOT recommended. Super difficult to find the entrance to hotel parking which is in a mall parking garage. GPS was not helpful. I had to eventually find my own way. When I finally found the parking (which is shared with a mall) it was very difficult to find the elevators to the hotel. I had to ask twice. This would be next to impossible for anyone who doesn’t speak Spanish. Based on conversations I had, it is obvious that this problem has existed for a long time but hotel management has done nothing to address it. For example they could send a map, some directions, and improve signage in the garage. Also, they don’t bother to answer their phone. I tried various times and they simply don’t bother to answer their phone. These are only some of the difficulties I had with this hotel! It was great, totally loved it. When I arrived I felt completely welcomed, food was amazing, the room I was given was just what I was looking for. An excellent choice in Bucaramanga

Great rooms with everything working well, which is unusual in Colombia. Furthermore beds were extremely comfortable and water pressure was excellent.Staff are great and very professional. Very nice hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we were absolutely amazed by the entire staff how nice they were to us. Rooms are big and clean. I would say the whole experience was very nice except the food (dinner a la carte) at the restaurant.
