Restaurant service, excelente: Doña Salomé, Don Guillermo y Camilo are ver kind and helpful. However I cannot believe that after lodging 2 weeks at the hotel, on day 6, I requestef for 1 water bottle and an extra coffee pod, and response was that the only give you one of each upon arrival and I after that you have to pay for a replacement no matter the days you stay at the hotel!!! Terrible guest… Restaurant service, excelente: Doña Salomé, Don Guillermo y Camilo are ver kind and helpful. A Unique Stay with Stunning Views of Bogotá and Monserrate

The rooms on the eleventh floor, with views of the city and Monserrate Hill, are truly wonderful. I was able to make great use of the terrace to work, relax, and have dinner; it was a unique experience.
