Apartamentos Plaza Suites is an exceptional Hotel in the heart of Bogota/ Usaquen district. The neighborhood is safe and quite upscale, close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy. This place is able to charge what it does because of its location and because it has a kitchen. The service is poor.The attitude of the personnel is poor.The Hotel Manager is bad.It gets 1 Star because I cannot score lower. There is no noise at all on the higher floors if you like to be in a really quiet place. The hotel has check in 24hrs a day for those late flights. Service is so good that then went out and bought me a space heater because I was cold in Bogato. Most places will not have heating systems in room. Wonderful place to stay, pretty good rooms and excellent service. We stay for one night and it was pretty comfortable and clean. We definitely would come back and we totally recommend this hotel.
