This is a basic hotel in one of the busiest areas of the city. Basic is not always bad. Rooms are well appointed with all you need for a comfortable stay. Comfort and convenience in Bogota
l had a comfortable and relaxing experience in my recent stay at Mercure Bogota Zona Financiera. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable - perfect for a restful sleep after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was great too. The staff was shockingly rude, leaving me feeling completely unvalued. I had to endure endless waits just to check in and out, as if my time meant nothing. Also, my Accor status was completely disregarded. The breakfast was an absolute disaster—definitely not worth paying extra for. The worst hotel I’ve tried in Bogotá. I’ve been staying here for 4 days, and I reported an electrical problem. They say they’ll fix it after I leave.
