Guests have a choice of 12 junior suites, 42 suites, 22 single rooms and 24 double rooms located in a 6-storey main building and a 6-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. This is a value hotel, depending on what you need this is a reasonably priced hotel. Overall the hotel is in good condition the staff seemed helpful but could do better. This is located in a good location, the neighborhood is safe and close to a lot of restaurants and a couple grocery stores. Since this is in the city expect noise. From cars, motorcycles, dogs, sirens, everything. Breakfast is a buffet with the standard coffee, bread, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, juice, etc. The staff kept it stocked during my stay and I would say although I have had better this was still good. Gym and sauna looked nice but I didn’t use them. My room was fine for a single person although hard to make the room dark. I had a huge patio but it’s Bogota so depending on the weather you might not want to be outside. Overall it is an economical choice if you are just using it as a place to sleep. I wouldn’t really spend time at the hotel hanging out. Hotel was OK! We stayed at the hotel during wedding ! Multiple families! Rooms are very spacious and two washrooms! Breakfast was OK. Shopping centers and coffee shops very close. Recommend this hotel for bigger families! We really enjoy to stay at this hotel!! Same rooms had big balcony. Taxi available or Uber just ask receptionist. HUGE ACCOMMODATION! Seriously, there're actually two bedrooms, two bathrooms - one of them is a full suit. The hotel is located a short walk from Parque de la 93, surrounded by famous restaurants and near everything you need. Spacious rooms with nice balconies. Staff was not so friendly, but would help you if you pushed them. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very clean. I would stay here again, We had to walk up many stairs, but the view was great.
