Great staff. Very helpful and welcoming. I've been to other Hyatt place but never felt better accommodated. This is not the standard Hyatt Place breakfast. The location is really near the airport, and convention center. Their food is good and there’s a lot of restaurants around the hotel.It is accessible to transportation if you like to travel by bus or taxi/uber. Overall it was very pleasant, good location, nice view, clean room. The room was a bit hot when we walked in and we asked for toothpaste and they didn't have any so I guess someone isn't doing their job. The breakfast was great but no pan de bono, but they did have empanadas and the rice and bean breakfast refrito, I think it's called. Staff was friendly and helpful!
