  Hotel is located about a block away from the Santa Fe clinic in Bogota. Hotel rooms it self does not have airconditioning but a fan is provided upon request. Rooms are not sound proof and sounds from the street filters into your room. Checkin was smooth and efficient. If you are looking for peace and quiet then this hotel is not for you.   BH Usaquen advertises itself and charges accordingly as a 4* Hotel, but it is nowhere near a 4* quality. If BH Usaquen advertised itself as a 2* or even a 3* hotel, I would have rated it better, but then again, I would not have booked this place if it was advertised as a 2* or a 3* Hotel. The point here is that when you put yourself in the big leagues, then you have to act accordingly.   Very noisy at night

  The hotel has a good location and the room is fine. However it is on 7th Avenue and they are doing loud construction which starts in the evening. I’m no going to be able to sleep and when I check with the reception they said it is out of their control. I suggested to change the room to another location and they said they are booked and would try tomorrow. I’m very disappointed.
