Staff are very courteous but hardly speak anything other than Spanish.An ok place to stay if you want to stay in the main part of the city. Price/ quality is spot on. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect luxury, space or anything BUTStaff is amazing!! While it's a Holiday Inn "Express", it's a great hotel: Clean, modern looking and with extremely, helpful staff. I stayed in a "Suite" with a king bed. The room was clean, modern and with the necessary toiletries in the bathroom. The room overlooked one of the main streets, but it was very quite, even though I was on the 2nd floor. Súper clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was amazing and complementary. The hotel’s location is highly safe and have cabs on standby 24 hrs a day!
